The seven-day promise. If the books are not for you, reply to your delivery email within seven days of purchase and your $37 is refunded in full — no questions asked. The books stay yours.
1. What the guarantee covers
Every purchase of The Long Way Back ($37, which includes The Morning Walk) is covered by a seven-day money-back guarantee, counted from the moment of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, return anything or fill in a form.
2. How to ask
Reply to your delivery email and say you would like a refund. Requests within seven days are honored in full.
3. How it is paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. How long they take to appear depends on your card issuer, typically a few business days.
4. After seven days
After seven days, sales are final. A double charge, a payment without delivered books, or an unauthorized payment is always corrected.
5. You keep the books
If you are refunded, you do not have to delete anything.
